Recognizing people's natural resistance to learning meditation, our teaching model brings the practice right into the workplace, school campus, stage, or playing field. We believe it is essential to make mindfulness teachings relatable and easy to follow and leave participants with practical strategies to integrate these skills into their daily lives.
